We at Sonshine are proud to offer our charming yet fun recreation facility – Sonshine Cove – as a perfect location for corporate retreats, weddings, family reunions, and all sorts of other events.
Available year-round, Sonshine Cove is located on the shores of beautiful Lac Corbeau, Québec, 100 km north of Orleans, Ontario, and our lodge is fully wheelchair accessible.
Most of the year, Sonshine Cove can accommodate up to 50 people overnight, with a day time capacity of up to 100+. For those wanting winter-time getaways, our fully winterized facilities at Sonshine Cove can accommodate up to 40 people comfortably.
Alongside the sparkling lake and amidst the beautiful wooded surroundings, amenities on-site include spacious gathering and dining areas, a large sports field, and a delightful new playground which we are quite proud of. The main lounge area has a large ceiling to floor stone fireplace – a perfect place for indoor group meetings and activities, and to cozy-up by with a hot drink after a chilled activity-filled winter day.
Recreation activities include, but aren’t limited to, volleyball, baseball, football, badminton, horseshoes, and hiking. The lake is perfect for swimming and diving. Canoes, kayaks and motor boats are available for rent. For the sporty winter types, sledding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing are all possible, though you will need to bring your own equipment.
Lodging Costs

Meal Costs
$50 / person, which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner with dessert, and an evening snack. Children under 4 is $36/per child, children between 4-8 are $38 per child.

HST & Deposit
Please note that HST will be added to any of the above rates where applicable. Children 16 years & under and special needs individuals are exempt. A refundable cleaning and security deposit will be added.
